Within 48 hours, a revision of the logo is given. The website design changes are done within 24 hours, whereas revisions concerning development are a 24 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity. The work on revisions of illustrative logos that require more significant work is completed in 48 hours. We will just have a straightforward objective of offering easy, dependable, and customer-centred revision services in a way that is end-to-end.

New Order Processing Time

Turnaround time will start as soon as you place your design brief in your account section and buy the package of your choice. The orders of new logos are processed in 24-48 hours. In cases of packages that involve four or more logo concepts, turnaround time commences once the orders are confirmed and all briefs are submitted, and this must take a minimum of 48 hours. New website designs (home/index or redesigns) take a minimum of 48 hours to deliver to the order after it has been confirmed and a complete brief provided. It should be noted that five to seven-page websites take three to five business days. In the case of orders made on Fridays and or Saturdays, it is processed on Monday. The initial concept of illustrative logos (illustrated parts) is provided in 48 to 72 hours after the confirmation of the order.

Refund Procedure

It is ineligible to get a refund of Fyi commerce in cases:

• You have chosen a complete package.
• The main design principle has been accepted.
• You have demanded revisions or changes.
• The cancellation is caused by factors that are independent of the service offered.
• The project has not taken over two weeks to make any communication.
• Policies of the company have been violated.
• The same project has been outsourced to another designer or service.
• The necessary creative brief information has not been presented.
• The total redesign has been demanded.
• The allegation takes unreasonable limits or schedules.
• The request for a refund is made beyond the stipulated time of claim.
• The company experiences either a change in name, operations, or a change of structure.
• Change of preference/ disagreements with partners/reasons not related to the quality of the services will not be given a refund.
• The only thing that will be refunded is the particular unsatisfactory service and not the complete packages.
• On delivery of final files, no returns or refunds are entertained.
• Free services or items do not count in returns or revisions.
• Refunds on even services like logo creation or web development after the 30-day time limit are not possible.
• Products such as SEO, social media management, hosting, and domain registration are never refunded.
• Once the design approval has been received and the project handed over to the development department, there is no turning back the websites.
• Nonrefundable services are third-party services, automating e-commerce, purchasing the inventory, and writing content.
• Fyi commerce has the right to reject any project or bring an agreement to an end. In case of a refund, all the rights to the designs provided to them is revoked and belongs to Fyi commerce exclusively.

Maintenance of Records

Fyi commerce retains final files of projects to a maximum of three months after the projects have been completed so that replacement files can be obtained in case of loss.

After 3 months of inactivity or unresponsiveness of a client, Fyi commerce will categorize an account as dormant, irrespective of the project status and deadlines. The reactivation fee is to be paid to reopen the account and get back to work.
